Did you know that a 1% drop in bodily water is corrected straight away by our kidneys and kidney hormones called aldosterone and antidiuretic hormone.


How amazing are our kidneys!


But:


A loss of 5% water inside the body can cause tiredness, annoyance, headaches and bloating.


Instead of reaching for a coffee in the afternoon, have a glass or 2 of water or eat watery foods like cucumber slices.


If you don't like regular water. Try sparkling mineral water, fresh lime, fresh mint and a squeeze of lemon.
